100% Moschofilero from selected vineyards in Rizes, Lithovounia, and Agiorgitika villages (Mantinia, Arcadia, 680m altitude), gravelly claystone/loamy soils, 11 t/ha yield. Cold soak at 10C for 8 hours, low-temperature fermentation, brief lees contact in stainless steel. Production: 180,000 bottles. PDO Mantinia.
Tasting Notes
Exceptional freshness, high acidity and delicate flavors of citrus fruits, lemon and rose, with characteristic rose and loukoumi (Turkish delight) aromas, clean mouthfeel, strong aftertaste.
Pairing Recommendation
Stuffed grape leaves in egg-lemon sauce, tuna tataki, noodles with sweet and sour sauce, green salads, and sushi.
