'Lofos' wines are produced on the Paliokalia hill in Naoussa. 2024: 100% Preknadi PGI, sourced from the Palaiokalias vineyard, Naoussa, Imathia, harvested August 21-23 2024, bottled February 18 2025. Family winery on Mount Vermio's NE slope (~200-250m altitude), hand-harvested, no herbicides/pesticides, low yields (~800 kg/stremma). Founded 2000 by Dimitri Klonas, now run by the third generation.
Tasting Notes
Intense bright colour and aromatic intensity. Flowers, green fruits and citrus fruits stand out from the first moment. Moderate acidity and long aftertaste.
