From selected vine parcels at Agios Panteleimonas, Amyndeon, in the Samaropetra area. Near-continental climate, sandy soils at 600-700m altitude. Hand-selected grapes, sorting table, pre-fermentation skin contact, fermented in stainless steel at 16-18C, aged on fine lees ~3 months with periodic bâtonnage. ABV 13.5%.
Tasting Notes
Bright lemon color with green highlights. Green aromas (green pepper, asparagus, cut grass) typical of the variety, followed by white flowers, peach and citrus. Full palate, crisp acidity, long finish.
