Les Têtes is a small collaborative project among four friends — Nicolas, Philippe, Baptiste, and Vivien — based in Le Pressoir in Touraine Azay-le-Rideau in the Loire Valley. The group farms organically and ferments with native yeasts and minimal sulfur to make fresh, fruity, easy-drinking wines meant for sharing among friends. Tête au Bois Dormant Rosé is a traditional-method sparkling rosé blended from Grolleau and Gamay grown on 3.5 biodynamically farmed hectares with an average vine age of 20 years; it ages nine months before release and is bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur additions.
