Weingut Seehof has been farmed by the Fauth family for four generations in Westhofen, in Germany's Rheinhessen region, working vineyard sites such as Morstein, Steingrube, and Kirchspiel. The estate focuses on Riesling and Pinot varieties across three tiers — everyday Gutsweine, village-level Ortsweine, and single-vineyard Lagenweine.
