Profile & Story

Guidobono is a family winery established by the Faccenda family in 2003 in Piemonte's Roero, with vineyards in Castellinaldo in Roero and Monforte in Barolo planted with vines 30-40 years old. This Langhe Nebbiolo is made from 100% Nebbiolo grown in Castagnito, Castellinaldo d'Alba and Magliano Alfieri.

Tasting Notes

The wine undergoes four to five days of maceration in stainless steel, then ages eight to nine months in 600-liter oak casks before returning to steel and bottling a year after harvest — a style that typically shows Nebbiolo's characteristic rose, red cherry and tar notes with firm, structured tannins.
