Profile & Story

Ippolito 1845 is one of the oldest continuously farmed vineyard sites in Calabria, founded in Cirò Marina in 1845. 'Mabilia' is a tribute to a Norman princess who lived in the Cirò area in the eleventh century, made from Gaglioppo, Calabria's most ancient native grape.

Tasting Notes

Mabilia shows a brilliant rosé color with hints of violet, and a delicate, fruity aroma of sour black cherry and rose.
