Monte degli Angeli is a Barolo label produced by Tenute Neirano, whose cellars belong to the Sperone family; Giacomo Sperone founded the winery in 1911 in Casalotto di Mombaruzzo, in Piemonte's Monferrato. This Barolo is made from 100% Nebbiolo.

Tasting Notes

Barolo made from Nebbiolo is typically garnet red, fading to brick with age, with aromas of dried rose, tar, cherry and licorice; the palate is full-bodied and firmly tannic with high acidity, built for extended aging.
