Founded in 1975 by Mario Pojer and Fiorentino Sandri in Faedo, in Trentino's Val di Cembra, Pojer e Sandri farms across the Adige and Cembra valleys, known for a minimal-intervention approach and for pioneering non-oxidative pressing with inert gas.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with greenish highlights and a bright hue, this Chardonnay has an intense, fruity nose of Golden apple, banana and pineapple; the palate is fresh and well balanced.

Pairs well with salted fish, shellfish, cream-based vegetable preparations, mushroom soup, and pasta or risotto with light seafood or vegetable sauces.
