Prisinzano is the wine project of chef and restaurateur Frank Prisinzano — the same operator behind Frank Restaurant — centered on an 822-year-old palazzo above the Amalfi Coast in Scala, Campania, acquired in 2022 along with 14 acres of organically farmed land. This Costa d'Amalfi Bianco DOP follows the appellation's white-wine requirements, blending the indigenous coastal varieties Falanghina and Biancolella.
Tasting Notes
Costa d'Amalfi Bianco blends of Falanghina and Biancolella are typically pale straw yellow with green highlights, showing citrus, white flower and saline mineral notes; the palate is dry, crisp and refreshing.
