Château de Pibarnon occupies the highest point of the Bandol appellation in a natural amphitheater above the Mediterranean; the de Saint-Victor family has run the estate since 1977. Limestone-rich soil softens Mourvèdre's tannins while cool nights preserve acidity. The rosé is 65% Mourvèdre, 35% Cinsault.
