Profile & Story

Bisol is a family-owned Prosecco producer in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene. Crede takes its name from the clay-rich "crede" soil of its near-vertical vineyard slopes (once a seabed). Blend of 85% Glera, 15% Chardonnay, 11.5% ABV, best enjoyed young (12-24 months of bottling).

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow with greenish hues, aromas of green apple, wild flowers and light citrus, fresh linear palate with well-balanced acidity and a clean mineral finish.
