Profile & Story

Domaine Carneros is a Napa producer specializing in traditional-method sparkling wine. This Brut Rosé blends 57% estate-grown Pinot Noir and 43% estate-grown Chardonnay, color from leaving part of the Pinot Noir juice on skins for three days after harvest, aged minimum 3 years on lees (12.0% ABV, pH 3.06, 0.9% RS).

Tasting Notes

Strawberries and cream, raspberry, marmalade, orange blossom and honeysuckle on the nose; supple layered palate of peach purée, pie crust and ginger, warm toastiness, creamy finish.

Pairing Recommendation

Truffle goat cheese, grilled salmon with orange zest, panzanella salad, or shrimp pad thai.
