The Saint-Martin cuvée is Domaine Laroche's tribute to the birthplace of Chablis and the estate's 1,000+ years of winemaking heritage. 100% Chardonnay from a selection of the finest historic terroirs within the Chablis Village appellation, plots kept separate by exposure and soil type. Built to age 5-10 years.

Recommended as an aperitif, and with seafood, small crustaceans, and fish, served at 12-14°C.
