Profile & Story
Bodegas Ramón Bilbao has been rooted in Haro, Rioja Alta, since 1924. Edición Limitada is the "second coupage" of the winery's flagship Mirto, positioned between the Crianza and Mirto tiers. Made from 100% Tempranillo (14.0% ABV), fermented artisanally in wooden vats with native yeasts at controlled 27-28°C, ages 15 months in new French oak barrels followed by 10 months resting in bottle.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red with garnet reflections, clean and bright with visible legs in the glass. Black fruit — currant, plum and blackberry — leads the nose alongside licorice, herbal notes and wood. The palate is long and intense with balanced acidity and round, fine tannins.

Pairs with veal, smoked foods and internationally spiced cuisine such as Mexican dishes or spiced Chinese cooking.
