Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label balances freshness, strength, aromatic richness and silkiness. Pinot Noir gives structure, Meunier rounds out the blend, Chardonnay adds elegance; blend 50% Pinot Noir, 20% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay from 50-60 crus, up to 45% reserve wines aged up to 30 years. Brut dosage 9 g/L.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant golden-yellow color with fine persistent effervescence, aromas of pear, apple, peach with mandarin and grapefruit blending with gourmand brioche notes; Pinot Noir gives backbone, flavors of pear, peach and pastry enhanced by dried fruit from lees aging.

Radish and shrimp salad with grapefruit, delicately stir-fried vegetable wok, or a grilled-meat burger with caramelized onions and melting cheddar.
