Whispering Angel is Château d'Esclans' Provence rosé, made from Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle (Vermentino) and Syrah from the Esclans Valley in Côtes de Provence. Night-harvested, optically sorted, closed-circuit pressed to minimize oxidation, fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel with bi-weekly bâtonnage. 13% ABV.
