Weingut Salomon Undhof is one of Austria's oldest private wine estates (est. 1792), based at Undhof in Stein an der Donau, Kremstal — historically owned by Capuchin monks who selected the estate's best vineyard sites, passed down through generations of the Salomon family. Known for crystal-clear, dry Riesling and Grüner Veltliner from terraced sites along the Danube. Terrassen Riesling is mountain-grown on weathered ancient stone terraces, the dominant vineyard type in and around Stein an der Donau; a regional-tier (Gebietswein) bottling. ABV 12.5%.
