Profile & Story
Domaine de Leoube is a 560-hectare certified-organic estate on the Provence coast near Bormes-les-Mimosas, with 70 hectares under vine. Love by Leoube, created by Romain Ott, is the estate's fruit-forward, entry-tier rose, blended from classic Provence varieties (Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah per the venue's list) and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes
Pale, brilliant color with light pink-orange hues. Fresh red fruit and citrus aromas, with a fresh, well-balanced palate and subtle, gentle acidity.
