Vertigo is a collaboration between Max Kilburg, a 20th-generation winemaker at the historic Geierslay cellar in Wintrich (trained under Julian Haart) and Mosel importer vom Boden, who select barrels from Kilburg's cellar together with other growers in the village. The wine is fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, reflecting the slate-rich terroir of Wintrich. Feinherb denotes an off-dry style, with a touch of residual sugar balanced by the Mosel's characteristic acidity.
