Biokult is the Michlits family's biodynamic project in Pamhagen, Burgenland — one of Austria's most influential organic and biodynamic winegrowing families. Naken (90% Pinot Gris, 10% Muskateller) is hand-crafted by winemaker Angela Michlits and her husband Werner: the grapes are fermented on their skins for several days using indigenous yeast and spontaneous malolactic fermentation, low-intervention throughout.
Tasting Notes
Delicate and energetic, with aromas and flavors of honeysuckle, citrus pith, and white pepper; good tannic structure with a creamy body.
