Profile & Story
Maison Mirabeau is a rosé house based in Cotignac, in Provence's Var. Forever Summer is its fruit-forward everyday rosé from the Mediterranean region; the 2022-era blend was 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah from clay and limestone sites at about 150 meters. The grapes are gently pressed, and the free-run juice is cold-settled and fermented at controlled temperatures. Vegan-friendly, with 11.5% alcohol.
Tasting Notes
Delicate pale peach color, bursting with raspberry and cherry aromas followed by grapefruit and apricot. Fruit-forward, with a citrus acidity that keeps it balanced and fresh.
Pairing Recommendation
Quinoa salad with feta and roasted aubergine, a Hawaiian poke bowl, or poached peach and raspberry Melba.
