Domaine André et Michel Quenard has farmed roughly 20 hectares on the steep limestone-and-clay slopes of Chignin, in Savoie beneath the Bauges mountains, since the 1970s, focusing on native Alpine varieties. This Crémant de Savoie is made from Jacquère by the traditional method.
