From Di Giovanna's Fiuminello vineyard in Sambuca di Sicilia, inside the Monte Genuardo nature reserve at 730-820m elevation. Yields are lowered by 50% through green harvest and single-side leaf thinning; grapes are hand-picked in the cool early-morning and evening hours and soft-pressed for over three hours.
