Kelley Fox Wines farms biodynamically in Oregon's Dundee Hills. The historic Durant Vineyard was planted in 1973; the Lark Block, planted in 1991 to the Dijon 76 clone on ancient marine soil, is known for nervy, elegant Chardonnay. The fruit is whole-cluster pressed and fermented with native yeasts in a mix of concrete, amphora and stainless steel before élevage in neutral French oak, undergoing native malolactic fermentation.
