Hosmer Estate Winery, established in 1985 on Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes, makes wine only from the 70 acres it grows. This dry rosé is 100% Cabernet Franc, given a 24-hour cold soak for its deeper color.
Tasting Notes
The nose shows strawberry, thyme and sweet cream; the mid-palate is rich with strawberry jam, carried by a balance of fruit, acid and tannin.
