Gothic is a small Willamette Valley producer focused on elegant, food-friendly Pinot Noir. "Nevermore" blends fruit from several sites across the valley rather than a single vineyard, drawing on the finest qualities of each.
Tasting Notes
Nevermore opens with a sweet floral note of sweet-pea flower and lavender, followed by a wall of raspberry and strawberry; black- and blueberry and dark-chocolate flavors join cedar and a touch of grilled meat, with plush tannins and soft, well-matched acidity.
