Ultraviolet is a project from California winemaker Samantha Sheehan. This floral, mineral-driven sparkling rosé is made from Pinot Noir grown at Manchester Ridge Vineyard in the "Islands in the Sky" AVA, 2,000 feet above Anderson Valley; it is cellared and bottled by Ultraviolet in Napa, California (12.85% ABV).
Tasting Notes
White flowers, strawberry, raspberry and grapefruit zest, with small, fine bubbles; refreshing and zesty.
