Le Monde is a family winery in Prata di Pordenone, in the Grave del Friuli area of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, producing wine since 1970. The estate's vineyards grow on calcareous-clay alluvial soils typical of the area, and this Pinot Grigio DOC is vinified to highlight the variety's natural freshness and minerality.
Tasting Notes
Balanced acidity meets a gentle softness on the nose, with simple, precise aromatics. On the palate the wine is smooth and sapid, with a pleasant persistence that leaves mineral hints on the finish.
Pairing Recommendation
An excellent aperitif wine; pairs well with crudo and seafood starters, summer salads, delicate first courses, and fresh cheeses. Best served well chilled, around 8-10°C.
