Costaross is a Prosecco DOC label produced by Vinicola Serena (Serena Wines 1881), a fifth-generation, family-run sparkling-wine house based near Conegliano in the Veneto, one of the larger producers in the Prosecco zone.
Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections and a lively, fine perlage. Aromatic notes of white flowers and golden apple lead to a fresh, elegant, off-dry palate typical of a Prosecco DOC Extra Dry.
Pairing Recommendation
A classic aperitivo pour; also pairs well with light fish and vegetable dishes.
