Domaine des Corbillieres is a family estate in Oisly, in the Touraine appellation of the Loire Valley - an area often credited as a birthplace of Sauvignon Blanc in the region - run by Dominique and Veronique Barbou. The vines grow on sandy soils over Sologne clay; fermentation is with native yeasts at controlled temperature, with aging on fine lees until spring.
