Profile & Story
Lini 910 is a fourth-generation, family-owned winery founded in 1910 in Correggio, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna near Carpi, the historic heart of Lambrusco production. The Labrusca Rosso is a sparkling red made from 85% Lambrusco Salamino and 15% Ancellotta, fermented using the Charmat (tank) method and aged 3-4 months in pressurized tanks; 11% ABV.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby-violet with a persistent, fine mousse. Bright red fruit and berry aromas with a touch of minerality; dry, crisp and long on the finish with good acidity.
Pairing Recommendation
A versatile, food-friendly red fizz - good with cured meats, pizza, or rich, fatty dishes that need its acidity to cut through.
