Profile & Story
Bodega Ulacia is a small, third-generation family winery above the fishing port of Getaria in the Basque Country, producing around 6,000 cases a year, much of it consumed locally. The Blanco is 95% Hondarrabi Zuri and 5% Hondarrabi Beltza, cold-fermented and cold-bottled straight from the tank with no lees stirring, preserving a classic petillant prickle.
Tasting Notes
Pale, refreshingly dry white with a hint of natural spritz and a vibrant citrus bite; intense aromas of pineapple and peach with floral notes, fresh and elegant on the palate.
