Weingut Diem is a fifth-generation, certified-organic family estate in Obermarkersdorf in the Weinviertel, run by Gerald and Andrea Diem since 2000. D'ora is a skin-contact orange wine blending 90% Gruner Veltliner with 10% Roter Traminer, spontaneously fermented on the skins for three weeks (including malolactic fermentation), matured 6 months in stainless steel, and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
