Profile & Story
La Commanderie de Peyrassol is a nearly 850-hectare estate in the foothills of the Massif des Maures, founded in the 13th century by the Knights Templar and owned by Philippe Austruy since 2001. Farmed organically on dark clay and limestone soils, the rose is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Tibouren, Vermentino and Ugni Blanc from some of the estate's oldest vines.
