Chateau Biac sits above the Garonne at Langoiran, in the Cadillac appellation of Bordeaux. Secret de Biac is the estate's sweet wine, made from botrytised Semillon -- grapes affected by noble rot, Botrytis cinerea -- picked meticulously one by one over several passages through the vineyard, in the time-honoured Bordeaux tradition of sweet winemaking. It is bottled in 50cl and in magnum.
