Domaine Zuria is a family estate on the limestone plateau of Bonifacio, in the far south of Corsica, created by Dominique Zuria and now run by Christian and Nadine Zuria. The first harvest was in 2016, and the estate's 11 hectares are spread across parcels at Stintinu, Musella and Spinella. The vineyard was certified organic early and is moving towards biodynamic practice. Aria is the estate's fresh, expressive range, made in rose and red. The rose is 100% Sciaccarellu from vines on east-facing granite terroirs overlooking the sea, in the Longa Valley and San Giuliano, and is aged in stainless steel. The estate's stated approach is that the uniqueness of each plot, terroir and soil forges the identity of the wines.
