Champagne Chapuy is a family estate in Oger, in the Cote des Blancs, where the Chapuy family has grown grapes since the French Revolution and made Champagne under their own name since 1952; the domaine is today run by sisters Elodie and Aurore. The Brut Tradition blends 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, and 25% Pinot Meunier.
Tasting Notes
The Chardonnay's intense, slightly steely character blends with discreet notes of Pinot Noir, giving the wine an exquisite lightness and fruitiness.
