In the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, Chateau Saint Florin stands in the small village of Soussac, on the slopes of the Butte de Launay, the highest point in the Entre-Deux-Mers area. The Jolivet family has tended the estate for four generations; Jean-Marc and Catherine Jolivet took over the 27-hectare property in 1981 and modernized it while keeping their founding principle of careful, hands-on winemaking. Today the estate is run by sisters Bénédicte and Marie Jolivet, producing a Bordeaux red and this Bordeaux white blending Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon.
