Profile & Story
De Perrière has produced traditional-method sparkling wines in Burgundy since 1920, originally at its winery in Charnay-lès-Mâcon, and was among the first houses in the Mâconnais to produce Crémant de Bourgogne. The estate is now part of the Boisset "Famille des Grands Vins" group, with its sparkling wines made at the winery in Nuits-Saint-Georges. This Blanc de Blancs Brut blends Chardonnay, Ugni Blanc, and Colombard, made by the Charmat method in a horizontal tank with a rotating screw that continuously stirs the lees for exceptional texture and creaminess.
Tasting Notes
A full-bodied mousse with delicate, fine bubbles; notes of green apple and lemon curd give a creamy citrus profile, bold in flavor and balanced by fresh acidity with a lush finish.
