Profile & Story

Maison Jean-Marc Brocard is one of the most diversified family-owned wine estates in Chablis, and among the first producers in the region to embrace organic and biodynamic farming, with 60 hectares certified organic and 40 hectares farmed biodynamically. This Chablis comes from 30-year-old vines grown on Kimmeridgian soil within the Chablis appellation, Burgundy. It is 100% Chardonnay, fermented with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature (18-20°C) through complete malolactic fermentation, then aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for seven to nine months.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow in color with greenish-silver highlights, the wine opens with fresh almond top notes, reveals a citrus-driven heart, and finishes with a mineral, saline character - a well-balanced Chablis with real mineral expression.

Pairing Recommendation

Recommended with white meat, seafood, and fish; best served at 11-12°C (52-54°F).
