Fulcrum Wines was founded in 2005 by winemaker David Rossi, who sources grapes from acclaimed single vineyards across Sonoma and Mendocino to produce a small portfolio of vineyard- and appellation-designated Pinot Noirs and other varietals guided solely by his own palate. Their Russian River Valley fruit includes the Walala Vineyard, planted to the Martini clone off Olivet Road at the heart of the appellation.
Tasting Notes
Fulcrum's Russian River Valley Pinot Noirs typically show a bright crimson color, with aromas of spice, sandalwood, and cherry, and lush flavors of deep dark cherry, red berries, and forest floor, finishing with a silky texture.
