Paladin is a family wine producer based in Annone Veneto, in Italy's Veneto region, making red, white, and sparkling wines alongside grappa. Their Prosecco Rosé DOC Millesimato Brut is a blend of 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Nero, the Pinot Nero vinified as a red wine to build color and aromatic depth; yields are kept intentionally low to intensify concentration, and the wine is finished using the Charmat method — refermentation in autoclave at low temperature with frequent bâtonnage — to develop fine, persistent bubbles.
