Baskoli is the flagship label of Hiruzta, a family-owned winery in Hondarribia in Spain's Basque Country, crafted by father Asensio and sons Txarli and Angel Reklade. The wine is made from Hondarrabi Zuri, the signature grape of Getariako Txakolina, aged briefly on lees in tank before release.

Pale yellow with greenish tones, offering intense white-fruit aromas of apple and citrus like grapefruit, with a fresh palate and the variety's characteristic subtle spritz.
