Profile & Story
Bortolotti was founded in 1947 by oenologist Umberto Bortolotti in Valdobbiadene, the heart of the Prosecco Superiore zone, and is now run by his son Bruno and grandson Daniele. The estate is known as one of the few Prosecco producers still hand-harvesting rather than farming industrially, sourcing fruit from a carefully selected group of Valdobbiadene growers.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow in the glass, with fragrant floral notes and fresh fruit aromas; on the palate it is refreshing and pleasantly soft, with the extra-dry style balanced by well-integrated acidity.

Pairs well as an aperitif, or with light appetizers and fresh seafood.
