Clos du Mont-Olivet is a historic Sabon-family estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape farming organically on the appellation's classic terroir. The Blanc cuvée is a complex white blend led by Clairette and Roussanne, rounded out by Bourboulenc, Grenache Blanc and small portions of Picpoul, Clairette Rose, Grenache Gris and Picardan, fermented and aged mostly in stainless steel.

A rich white Châteauneuf-du-Pape embodying the elegance and complexity of great southern Rhône whites, with the textural weight of Roussanne balanced by the freshness of Clairette.
