Dom Pérignon is the prestige cuvée of Champagne house Moët & Chandon, made only in exceptional vintage years from an assemblage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sourced from the seventeen Grand Cru villages of Champagne and the Premier Cru of Hautvillers. The 2013 vintage followed a long, cool growing season and spent roughly eight years on lees before release.
