Emmolo is a Napa Valley winery led by winemaker Jenny Wagner, of the family behind Caymus Vineyards. The Emmolo name honors her mother's side of the family, who farmed in Napa Valley for generations. Jenny's goal with Emmolo Merlot is a luxurious, dark and balanced wine, sourced mainly from Napa Valley and neighboring Suisun Valley fruit, using techniques like crop thinning for elegance and definition.
