Domaine Henri Bourgeois is a historic family estate based in Chavignol, in the heart of Sancerre in France's Loire Valley. The Bourgeois family crafts its Sancerre Blanc from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown across the appellation's varied soils — clay-limestone, marl and flint — grapes that are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel and matured on fine lees for added texture.
