Weingut Hirsch, based in Kammern in Austria's Kamptal region, has farmed since 1878 with a commitment the family calls "Eigensinn" — stubborn, independent-minded winemaking. The Zöbing Riesling is an Ortswein, a village-level bottling sourced from vineyards around the town of Zöbing in the Kamptal DAC.
